Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs our mobile application and any associated software, and includes all modifications, enhancements or updates thereto (collectively, the "App") as owned and operated by Astra Hospitality PTE LTD. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, "Astra Hospitality", "Casa Marra", "we", "our" or "us" shall refer to Astra Hospitality PTE LTD.
By accessing and using any part of the App, you shall be deemed to have accepted to be legally bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App. Any continued access or use of the App (whether this time or in future) will imply that you have accepted the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Your privacy is very important to us and we are committed to maintaining your trust. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA").

Your personal information is accessible only to you through your account. We do not share your personal information with other members or make it publicly visible.
As we rely on your personal information to provide our services to you, you agree to ensure that the information provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date. If you are providing personal data to us for and on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary authority and consent to disclose such personal data to us for the relevant purposes, and that such information is true, complete and accurate.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We may disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App and providing our services, including:

Payment processors for secure payment processing. Please note that Casa Marra does not store full credit card details; these are securely processed and stored by our payment service providers in accordance with industry standards

Cloud hosting providers for data storage and app infrastructure

Other service providers engaged to maintain the App or to protect the security or integrity of the App and our databases
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such third parties do not use your personal information for a purpose other than the purposes for which the personal information was originally provided. These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your personal information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
Confidentiality
Save where expressly provided herein, we will not reveal to any person, firm or company any information which may come to our knowledge hereunder and shall keep with complete secrecy the personal information provided by you and shall not use or attempt to use any such personal information in any manner without your permission. These restrictions shall cease to apply to information or knowledge which may come into the public domain other than as a result of any act or breach of this Privacy Policy by us.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as you maintain an active membership with Casa Marra. Following the termination or expiry of your membership, we will retain your personal information for a period of one (1) year, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable laws, after which your personal information will be deleted or anonymized.
Access and Correction of Personal Information
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

Withdraw your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information (subject to legal or contractual restrictions)

We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that we may charge a reasonable fee for processing your data access request, and we reserve the right to refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, or jeopardize the privacy of others.
Security of Your Personal Information
Your account information is protected by a password. It is important that you protect against unauthorised access of your account and information by choosing your password carefully, and keeping your password and device secure by signing out after using our services.
You should also take appropriate steps to keep your information, software and equipment secure.
We implement reasonable security safeguards, including administrative, technical, and physical measures, to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. However, the sending of information via the internet is not completely secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of data that you transmit electronically, and the sending of any such information will be at your own risk.
Despite our best efforts, we make no warranties that the App is free of viruses or other unauthorised software. We do not accept liability for the security, authenticity, integrity or confidentiality of any transaction and other communications made through the App.
Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside of Singapore, including servers operated by our cloud hosting provider. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to such locations. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Childrens' Privacy
The App is intended for use by members of Casa Marra who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.
The App does not include any social features. Users cannot view nor communicate with other users using the App and cannot post any content using the App that can be seen by other users.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
The terms of this Privacy Policy may be revised, changed and updated from time to time, without prior notice to you. All changes will be posted within the App or made available to you through other reasonable means, and your continued access or use of the App after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Privacy Policy and all of the changes. We therefore encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
